Hi,

I think you have first ripped a CD (copy and generate a cuesheet) and inserted a writable CD

Please read this first: EAC- HowTo
Drive-offets will be found also here: AccurateRip

I'm assuming that other burning software works for you?  Then my guess would be that EAC just will not work with your drive.  I've had a few drives that EAC wouldn't work with.

EAC- HowTo

This site contains incorrect information about configuring your drive and doesn't appear to contain any information about trying EAC's internal ripping engine first and then trying CDRDAO if that doesn't work.

This is the first thing that should be addressed before coming to a conclusion like the one dreamliner77 gave:

I was looking for a particular discussion where I was helping someone determine their write offset that but couldn't find it.  This was the best I could come up with:

A google search for the terms "configure write offset" gave some reliable information within the first couple hits.

Is there any other way to find out what the write offset is for my cd drive?
