Need Help Burning Cd's In EAC

Well I need some help on burning perfect cd's with EAC and my problem is when i try to burn a cd using a cuesheet it give me a message saying there's no disc in drive and the cd-drive i have is a Hp DVD RW AD-7701H Adapter:1 ID:0 and i did go through the EAC burning guide and i need some help setting up EAC write offset too......thanks in head of time

Hi,

I think you have first ripped a CD (copy and generate a cuesheet) and inserted a writable CD

I did properly set up eac and i do  have the correct cue sheets for the rips also and my EAC wont detect any blank cd-r's so thats my problem.

I'm assuming that other burning software works for you?  Then my guess would be that EAC just will not work with your drive.  I've had a few drives that EAC wouldn't work with.

This is the first thing that should be addressed before coming to a conclusion like the one dreamliner77 gave:

I was looking for a particular discussion where I was helping someone determine their write offset that but couldn't find it.  This was the best I could come up with:

A google search for the terms "configure write offset" gave some reliable information within the first couple hits.

Is there any other way to find out what the write offset is for my cd drive?
