I haven't "upgraded" to Windows 11 yet, but in Windows 10 this behaviour is normal; it's a broken mess.
The free version of MinimServer will likely give you everything you need.

Regarding adding tags to tracks, this is an understandable wrong decision), because, for example, the place where the track is played is not a property of the track itself.
I'm looking for a way to add tags to playlists or folders in playlists.

Anyone else see large random negative offsets being put in sycnched lyric files with V0.6. I think it happened with previous versions too.  If I remove the large offset, can be somewhere around -78000, then the lyrics are prefectly synched.  So it seems to be put in in error.  It seems to happen comtinuously for a while, then it goes back to working fine.  Lyric sources are from MusixMatch or Deezer.
