How to decode mp3 > wav , Without Gaps ?

I have try MP3-Splice output plugin on my winamp i think it's great... ( for my MP3's )
But it can't use MP3-Splice output that MP3 to Wav... ( = =" Becoz it's output plugin and... waveout is output plugin too... )


or i must edit them by myself only ?...

What is the best way ?

EDIT 2 : Maybe i want some plugin like MP3-Splice but for CEP... ( to decode mp3 can it possible ? )
EDIT 3 : Another way i have to wait until " MP3-Splice " Have write wav files option.
Guitarist with Tinnitus, i wish to hear the pure silent again.
