mp3PRO command-line encoder

Debates of quality aside, does anyone know of any command line encoders for mp3PRO?  (The Thomson demo encoder accepts command line switches, but only encodes at 64kbps.  I need something that can do 32kbps mono.)

Thisa may or may not help, but CEP v2.0 will encode mp3PRO at the bitrate you want.

As will Nero, but I'm hoping for a command-line alternative for batch encoding....
