converting whole directory trees

Way to convert whole folders with sub:
Use windows find to find all wavs or whatever in a folder and subfolders
select all, with dbpoweramp installed right click, convert (or drag into whatever other program you use)
Pointed out to me on headfi. Hadn't occured to me to use this method, and since many programs don't convert subfolders of music seems pretty useful.
