Cue from ogg files?

I have ripped lot of CDs from various artists (17000 songs...), both albums and compilations. If I have a song twice (album and best of album e.g.) then i deleted one of them (in order to save space) and saved them both CDs playlists in .m3u files. Can I make .cue files out of my existing oggs without using the original CDs (may differ from my oggs -> one song from the best of album, the others from the album)?
