Skins for foo_title plugin Reply #2 – 2006-07-20 17:26:36 I put together a pretty minimal skin using Quiark's animation and some of his code as a starting point. The control buttons are transparent. They're laid out below the album art (left to right: previous, play, pause, stop, next). Admittedly, the code for the progress bar could be cleaner, but it works...great component, thanks! Skins for foo_title plugin Reply #3 – 2006-07-21 13:16:32 Here's a quick skin I made. It's supposed to be a sort of Fallout-style display bar. Hope you like it.There's a darker version in there too, but you'll have to enable that from the skin.xml, but it shouldn't be too hard to find.

Skins for foo_title plugin Reply #7 – 2006-07-23 09:20:43 the two buttons on top are Minimize foobar and Exit foobar (left and right respectively)The foobar logo is Activate foobar. EVery other is self-explanatory) with the two buttons on top...seems if you click in the middle, you'll end up clicking both. Not fun amirite? Its been fixed and i have added another button for Preferences. So now the layout is, Exit, Minimize, Preferences (top to bottom respectively), and the foobar logo has the same function as before[a href="http://img212.imageshack.us/my.php?image=whitehfooeditlq2.png" target="_blank"] Last Edit: 2006-07-31 07:16:33 by EpS

It is something I've been really missing in fb2k since I upgraded to 0.9 and lost Foopilot One. I really like foostick skin. Simple and effective. I have all the time, I just have some minor issues. The stop button is in fact a pause button. I didn't like the transparent title/info fields, so I changed it. The only think that bothers me is that it is higher then my titlebars and it covers upper parts of menu in maximixed windows. I'll try to downscale it.....And now one feature request: would it be possible to add a volume slider? Or at least a volume indicator and +/- buttons. Or if you tell me how to do it, I could try it myself.Thank you.
Skins for foo_title plugin Reply #13 – 2006-08-15 01:42:03 "Raven hereby releases not one, not two, but three new skins. There's a new version of Mini, which has scrolling enabled and features a simple 'stop' message. If someone wants more work to be done on it, please ask so.Also included are two versions of Listen or Die. They are based off a popular anime-show, but this reference is only seen with the 'no-album-art' image in the full version. They are using a LOT of special functions that few people seem to ahve used as of yet. Tey are way more advanced than Mini/MiniScroll.Miniscroll:http://www.xs4all.nl/~vaas/Foobar/Mini-scroll.zipListen or Die:http://www.xs4all.nl/~vaas/Foobar/Listen%20or%20Die.zipListen or Die Mini:http://www.xs4all.nl/~vaas/Foobar/Listen%2...0Die%20Mini.zipThank you very much!"

Skins for foo_title plugin Reply #20 – 2006-08-17 01:50:30 Hi,I created my first skin for foo_title:You can download it here (7-zip compression). It is quite similar to foostick. It is slightly smaller (18px high) to fit my windows titlebar.Unfortunately I don't know hot take a screenshot of it. I tried XnView and FastStone, but both programs refuse to capture it.If you know how to produce a screenshot, please let me know.If you want to modify any part of my skin and release it, please feel free to do it. It is completely my own work, except of a part of the XML which formates bitrate displaying. I took it and modified from my Columns UI .FCS. Unfortunately I can't remember where I got the original code from.Edit: Is the size of my image acceptable or should I better crop/resize it? Last Edit: 2006-08-17 11:46:44 by vlada

Do you have any idea why the last letter is cropped? It sometimes is and sometimes isn't.

Skins for foo_title plugin Reply #24 – 2006-08-17 17:17:43 When using Windows XP's silver theme this skin fits on the titlebar of the active window: [a href=\"http://img160.imageshack.us/my.php?image=footitlepj2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"] and I can't get the button to the right side (aling right) of the skin but on the left side it works.EDIT: Found the command in two minutes... Not resize but activate EDIT2: And the button works now. I don't know what i did different Last Edit: 2006-08-17 17:39:54 by TheTravis
