MP3 error checker utility?

Is there such a thing as a utility that will scan my MP3's and check for corruption, errors etc?  I want to make sure they're OK before I upload them to my MP3 player (Creative Zen Xtra)

You could perform a replaygain scan using foobar2000 and have a look at the log file afterwards.
Friends don't let friends use lossy codecs.  (char0n)
