Question: does fb2k support HE-AAC playback?

I know fb2k support all aac playback, but does it decode HE-AAC correctly?

Like a standard mp3 player playing a mp3pro file, the quality will get down. I hope fb2k will not, of course.

Yes, it does. Foobar's mp4 decoder is based on the FAAD decoder which supports HE-AAC decoding.
