foo_codepage_action

A masstagger extension for converting tags using codepage, the same as "override codepage" function of my another plugin foo_infobox
You can download it from here
There are two version download links,v1.0 and v1.2.
v1.2 added a function for conversion between simplified and traditional Chinese.If you don't know what it is mean,it is useless for you.Please download v1.0 instead.

Edit:
warning:If you choosed wrong codepage and run conversion,you would mess up all your tags.Exchanging two codepage selections and running again,perhaps could undo the changes,but it isn't credible.
So please backup your files before conversion unless you confirm your selections are right.
