[Feature request] Repeat/Skip ahead 10 seconds

In addition to the current skip back/forward the entire track buttons i would like to propose the ability to make buttons that skip by 10 seconds within a track.

The main usage, and why i think this could be a valuable addition to the apps capabilities, is for podacasts. If you listen to a up to multiple hours long file, the main progress bar is insufficient to repeat a short sequence you may want to hear again, because you didnt quite understood some spoken words, or due to some outside distraction.
