Tags shows up differently when playing

While playing the tags shows up as one version and when stopped it shows up as another version. I'm currently using ColumnsUI but I tried it with the default and it had a similar problem - only the title of the program would show up differently from the playlist view. I think this picture explains it pretty well:

I then highlighted the album, opened its properties, did "Tools > Reload Info" and it is now showing up correctly while playing and stopped. Does anyone know why this happened or when I should manually reload the tags?

Output of "Online Troubleshooter": http://help.foobar2000.org/troubleshooter/...3628f73007d0460

I believe this was when I restarted to change back to ColumnsUI - I can't recall if this was before/after I reloaded the tags. I'll try to find another example since I'm no longer able to reproduce with this particular album.

If I can't find it at work, I believe I had something from home that I noticed this morning.

Seems OK to me, what i was thinking of is that it might be an issue of Multiple tag but don't know much as i haven't experienced such problem.

May be this link could be useful Multiple ID3v2 tags encountered

So I found an example:

Code: [Select]
-- starts playing
[08:59:44] Opening track for playback: "D:\Music\Main\K\KOKIA\(2008.01.23) KOKIA - Tatta Hitotsu no Omoi\01 Tatta Hitotsu no Omoi.mp3"
-- open sone properties
[09:00:04] Properties dialog refresh: 0:00.000031
[09:00:04] Properties dialog display refresh: 0:00.001267
-- reloads tags for this song
[09:00:12] Properties dialog refresh: 0:00.000032
[09:00:12] Properties dialog display refresh: 0:00.001986
-- play again
[09:00:19] Opening track for playback: "D:\Music\Main\K\KOKIA\(2008.01.23) KOKIA - Tatta Hitotsu no Omoi\01 Tatta Hitotsu no Omoi.mp3"

This doesn't seem like a case of multiple ID3v2 tags.
