Playlist folder location changed; en masse sol'n in Foobar?

(To avoid confusion...by playlist files, I don't mean *.fpl files; rather, I mean FLAC, WAV and MP3 audio files that are ordered and integrated in a Playlist. )
The folder (directory) location of a playlist files, containing over 300 tracks (i.e., audio files, like FLAC, WAV or MP3), has changed. E.g. from ...
C:\Documents and Settings\John Doe\My Documents\My Music\playlist-files
to
C:\Documents and Settings\John Doe\My Documents\My Music\playlist-files2
Now, I can see that a very painless route to go is simply rename the Windows folder back to what it was. For important reasons, I don't want to do this. Is there, hence, some way to change, en masse , the file paths of all the files in a particular playlist (perhaps some sort of "batch command")?

You can export to M3U8, edit in in any text editor using its replace functions, then load again.
There is also something called [a href='index.php?showtopic=73910']foo_playlist_revive[/a], maybe that could help too.
Full-quoting makes you scroll past the same junk over and over.

I have a hard time understanding what it is you need / want to do. It seems you have audio files themselves moved about so that a folder of files represent a playlist instead of using a playlist as a pointer to files living permanently where ever they may be within an organization method having nothing to do with playlists.

Is it just a standard file operation - but for reasons only known to you - you prefer to not use windows explorer?

Then I do not see any reason why you can not move /copy / or rename them with File Operations capabilities of Foobar.
Select them all>right click> File Operations > etc.

If you do not have a File Operations context menu item, them reinstall foobar over your existing install and select it to be installed when presented install options.
Still, you may want to explain again your issue. I am having a hard time understanding why you have a actual files moved around to represent a playlist. Kind of defeats one of the perks of playlists.
