Logitech Z2300 plus Realtek equals too much bass

I have two computers with Realtek onboard sound cards. When I hook my Logitech Z2300 2.1 speakers to them they sound waaaaay too bassy. However, when I hook them up to my Sound Blaster Live card or other audio device they sound fine. Anyone know how to resolve the issues with the Realtek cards? I only have one SB card and can't use it on two PCs at the same time.

What driver version are you using?

The newer ones should have an custom EQ setting in there.

Also, make sure that if yours features some sort of Dolby enhancing stuff, that you disable the "Natural Bass" setting.
