fb2k 0.9.6.9 and 1.0: OGG Vorbis tags

I noticed that fb2k 1.0 starts to write tags to .OGG files in lowercase ("artist", "album", "title" etc). Fb2k 0.9.6.9 writes these tags uppercase: "ARTIST", "ALBUM", "TITLE".

Is this intentional? My DAP doesn't recognise lowercase tags, so I have to retag my ogg vorbis files with 0.9.6.9...

Added: foobar 1.0 itself uses uppercase tag names, but converter(!) doesn't.

Is it an iriver? I once owned a E100 and it had this bug. Seems that other iriver players also have it.

Vorbiscomment specification explicitly states that the field names are case-insensitive. So technically speaking the foobar's behavior should not be considered incorrect, even if it changed the character case at random.

No, it's Samsung R0. It's strange though that converting and tagging result in different tags.

BTW, MP3tag writes tag names with first letter uppercase: Title, Track, ...
