converter: CDDB into foobar2000 Audio CD metadata?

Quote
Audio CD metadata directory

The cddb subdirectory of the profile directory is used to persistently store the metadata of Audio CDs. The files in this directory use a proprietary format; they are not stored in the CDDB database file format.

Is there a converter for CDDB database file format (UNIX and Windows) in the proprietary foobar2000-Format "Audio CD metadata".
I've stored the tags of mostly all CDs in a local freedb(CDDB)-UNIX database and want to use the data for "Open Audio CD | Play".

I have a DeluxeCD.mdb database full of info on CDs and I'd love to convert it into Foobar's CDDB data format. Or else just tell Foobar to look for CD info in it. Does anybody have an idea how I can try to do that? Or information on what format Foobar uses to store its CDDB information?
