Ape to CD image? Is this even possible?

High I've got a few ape files with their respective cue files.  Is there any way that I'd be able to create a CD image from these in the form of an iso or cue/bin ? I know that I can simply burn it to a CD using burrrn or exact audio copy, but I'd really like to make it a CD image as I don't want to have to burn the cd and then rip it in a lossy format.  I'd rather make an iso, rip from that, and then burn the iso or ape to a cd, eventually.  I know that I can convert the ape file to a wav file for each cd, but I want to have the ease of not having to mess with tagging and converters.  Any help would be great!  Thanks!  Oh I was wondering one more thing, as I have a few virtual drives with alcohol 120% and virtual clone drive, I couldn't just set one of those as a cd drive and then burn the ape file to it and then use the temporary file that burrrn spits out?...  Thanks!

Ok so I tested out the Burrrn option I talked about.  As it turns out it literally does the same thing that Monkey's audio does, which is disappointing.  It yields a single wav file.  Is there a way I can use the wav file that Monkey's audio outputs when I use the decompress option along with the cue file to create a cd image?  I might just have to run with the convert option, but that is really undesirable for me.

Wave (single or multiple files) + CUE most certainly is a CD image and can be mounted to a drive with Alcohol 120%, though I don't know why you would bother with this since foobar2000 can convert tracks to lossy and tag from an ape image.
