I thought I'd post some compression results I found interesting. From my tests, it seems that the higher the compressibility of a sample the more TAK outstrips other encoders. To demonstrate this, here are some results from the most compressible album in my collection. It's Autechre & The Halfer Trio's "æo³ & ³hæ" album. Lots of silence, near silence, static and such on this one.

My CPU is an Opteron 165 overclocked to 2900 mhz. A lot of the numbers are there but notice how neither flac or wavpack can come anywhere close to even Turbo. Another thing you might notice is that Turbo mode is much too fast for my storage subsystem (enct is encode test mode).
