ISO refrence code AAC LD to use

hello every one i am trying to use ISO refrence code i am bit confused with the usage of the swithces they have used.
i want to use the low delay profile even if i am able to encode in low delay i am not able to decode it back by the code provided
by iso . can any one plz tell any site or refrence were explanation of AAC encoderor its coding  is given in detail
