Need tool to index windows media,asf,wmv.

Anyone know of a freeware tool that could help with indexing windows media files
so they are seekable.

You can do it through windows media encoder,but it's too cumbersome.

Excellent,did the trick,thank you.
It doesn't work with windows media 9 but oh well.
What really erks me is that i have Windows media encoder installed
and windows movie maker,it looks like microsoft would allow movie
maker to index on the fly,very backwards.Once again,thank you.

Transmuxing the files into MKV (matroska) is also possible, and will give you very fast seeking. Don't know if this is an option though ...
