I bought one song from them when it first opened for windows:

The song had pops in it.
I wrote to tech support.
They let me download it again.
It still had pops in it.
I was annoyed.

I have one song from Pepsi, but I have yet to cash it in.  I may use it for one of Apple's "exclusive" tracks.
