There are a couple of way to go about this, depending on how you mean your question.

PartyTime Jukebox will use cover art that you've already acquired as a means of selecting and playing through Winamp.  It then shows that cover art while playing.  I use this program, and while it isn't perfect, it works pretty good.

If, on the other hand, your looking for something that will automatically retrieve cover art, you might check out this program: Gotcha Covered

I haven't used this myself, but others in another forum recommend it.

Hope this helps some, Dex

Edit:  (In reference to the post below)  While not a "plug-in" per se, PartyTime Jukebox does precisely as mentioned in (a) below.

Hmm... I don't know whether there is any Winamp plugin with this specific behaviour, but ideally it should do something like this:

  a) In any given folder, if there is only one image file that "album cover" would be displayed for every song in the folder, or

  b) if there are multiple image files, the plugin would always display the image file with the same name as the audio file currently being played (i.e., "The Worst Band in the World - Their First Album - The Only Song Which Even Came Close to Being a Single.jpg" would be shown while playing "The Worst Band in the World - Their First Album - The Only Song Which Even Came Close to Being a Single.mp3"), and continue to display that image file until the next instance of an image file with the same name as an audio file appeared in the playlist (so that, for example, the same cover could be used with both sides of a single associated with a particular album).

Does anyone know of a plugin that behaves as I've described?

A plugin very similar to what you have described exists for QCD.
