EAC and dbpowerAMP both detect CD drive but AccurateRip shows Unknown Drive

So I have 2 usb cd/dvd drives that I've used before on an Intel-based Win 10 (20H2) laptop to rip music with EAC. AccurateRip works fine on that computer but on my new Desktop, (AMD Ryzen 5800x)  AccurateRip shows Expected Offset as unknown drive. I checked the AccurateRip offset database to make sure my drive is listed (ASUS - SBC-06D2X-U) so I know that is correct. EAC and dbPowerAMP both detect the drive and can rip from it without AccurateRip. Just not quite sure why it is not working. I also tried multiple different older cds to see if they were the cause but no luck. I attached screenshots of the errors below. Any help would be welcome. I would prefer not to be stuck keeping an aging laptop just to rip CDs.

Is there a way for me to move this topic or do I just need to repost it over there? I looked in the threads you posted and none of them seem to really be the issue. I'll refrain from posting more on that in case I need to repost it over there so I don't have to type it up twice.

No, it is not possible to move a topic across completely separate web sites running completely different forum software to boot.

Oops. Didn't even realize it that the links were on another forum. Thanks.

Update:

Tried tweaking some of the USB related BIOS settings including XHCI handoff, Legacy USB support, etc. and no change. I did try temporarily using a SATA cd drive sitting in the bottom of my case and it worked without any issue with the same cd I tried using for the USB cd drives. This means it isn't an issue with the disc I'm using. I did also try some other older discs. Both of the usb drives work fine with AccurateRIP on the laptop. So somehow USB doesn't want to work with either of my drives. I also tried both usb 3.0 and 2.0 ports and no change.

Stupid question, but: did you click the Configure button?

ASUS - SBC-06D2X-U

This drive is purged from AccurateRip, it is known not to have a consistent offset (most likely 2 firmware versions with different offsets).
