Error when converting to AAC (Apple)

I have been trying to convert both FLAC and ALAC files to AAC (Apple), but keep getting the same error:

"Conversion failed: The encoder has terminated prematurely with code 2 (0x00000002); please re-check parameters"

I have iTunes installed and have installed the Fb2k Encoder Pack, but cannot convert. This is a sample of what the error looks like:

1 out of 1 tracks converted with major problems.

Source: "C:\Users\gerpa\Downloads\Dre Ams Ima Surp D1 Ar\Dre Ams Ima Surp D1 Ar\Dreams ‎– Dreams-Imagine My Surprise 1970-71 (BGO 2010)\Disc 1 Dreams\(2) [] 15 Miles To Provo.flac"
An error occurred while writing to file (The encoder has terminated prematurely with code 2 (0x00000002); please re-check parameters) : "C:\Users\gerpa\Downloads\Dre Ams Ima Surp D1 Ar\Dre Ams Ima Surp D1 Ar\Dreams ‎– Dreams-Imagine My Surprise 1970-71 (BGO 2010)\Disc 1 Dreams\15 Miles To Provo.m4a"
  Additional information:
  Encoder stream format: 44100Hz / 2ch / 16bps
  Command line: "C:\Program Files (x86)\foobar2000\encoders\qaac.exe" --ignorelength -s --no-optimize -c 320 -o "15 Miles To Provo.m4a" -
  Working folder: C:\Users\gerpa\Downloads\Dre Ams Ima Surp D1 Ar\Dre Ams Ima Surp D1 Ar\Dreams ‎– Dreams-Imagine My Surprise 1970-71 (BGO 2010)\Disc 1 Dreams\

Conversion failed: The encoder has terminated prematurely with code 2 (0x00000002); please re-check parameters

I'm sure this same problem has probably been beaten to death, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

QAAC can't use the Microsoft Store version of iTunes. It requires the regular version that it can find from Program Files.

Aha! Thanks very much for your help, Case! I'll follow instructions for the work around and let you know if I have any further issues. Thanks again!

Thanks, sveakul! I'm wondering if there is any work around to still keep my Microsoft version of iTunes, and also convert to Apple's version of AAC with Fb2k? If not, then I'll probably either go back to what I was doing (converting FLAC to ALAC in dbpoweramp, then converting ALAC to AAC in iTunes), or try converting in Audacity. Thanks for your help.

Well, the post I pointed to IS the workaround.  You don't need to uninstall the Windows Store version of iTunes.  The process I described in the post allows you to use the Apple AAC via qaac with Foobar by just keeping the set of files from the downloaded iTunes installer without having to run the installer again.  The Store version you have wont be affected by this.
