I'd be shocked if the turntable is doing that...  Have you connected the turntable to your stereo (without a computer) to check it?

If your using Windows, make sure your Audio 'Enhancements' are turned off.

Yes, I already tried connecting to my receiver and it does too

In that case I'd say it's defective (although that's a very unusual defect).    As far as I can tell, there is no way to bypass the internal phono preamp (without modifying the turntable) so an external preamp wouldn't help.

Knowzy.com has lots of turntable reviews & recommendations (mostly geared toward digitizing vinyl) if you want to return it and try something else.


P.S.
Did you try a different record?    ...It's not "dead silent" so maybe there's something "funny" about the record.

Nevermind, fix'd. The stylus was badly placed!
