KeyFinder -> MP3 = "INITIAL KEY", FLAC "INITIALKEY" remapping possible?

I'm running into a problem I've no idea how to solve. using ColumnsUI btw.

As the subject mentions, KeyFinder writes a different tag name (Vorbis Comment) to FLAC as it does to MP3. Since this is the Windows version of KeyFinder (V1.x) , and the author not providing any support for Windows victims, I'm left to deal with this on the Foobar2000 side.

MP3Tag allows me to map the Vorbis Comment name to the MP3 used format so if I change/add/update the info in MP3Tag, it goes to the correct target regardless of it being a FLAC or MP3.

Getting the info into a single playlist column is no biggie, but when info needs to go the other way, it's either the MP3 name or the FLAC name I can enter to link the column.

So, I've been searching through options to see if Foobar2000 allows me to do a similar kind of remapping like MP3tag...in vain.

Any solution to this (and similar situations) where there is a slight difference in name?
btw, adding something daft like InitKey=INITIAL KEY;InitKey=INITIALKEY in options > advanced > display > properties dialog didn't work. You do get two copies of InitKey showing, but they still ain't the same and they can't be referred to in playlist views.

This ain't the first time I've run into this kind of problem, before I could get around it using custom columns that neither format knows as native comment/frame name, but here's a 3rd party soft involved I've got no control over and no longer supported.

Also tried m-TAGS to solve this but that only would work if the 3rd-party soft was aware of m-TAGS. And since m-TAGS does not support updating tag info by reloading from media files, I'm left with a shitload of overhead work to keep things synced...

Since I can't be the first to run into this type of situation and internal mappings exist for basic tags, so the possibility of such a problem arising has been foreseen, I assume there must be a way to extend those mappings but I'm likely overlooking how...

Any pointers?

You can't change how initial key works with mp3 in foobar because it's mapped to the mp3 frame TKEY.

The most obvious workaround is using initial key for flac/vorbis files as well. According to yourself, mp3tag supports this and you can always transfer values from one tag to another in foobar using the properties dialog.
