This appears to be HTTP Live Streaming, which is based on MPEG-2 Transport streams. foobar2000 does not support this, and I do not think there are any third party components available for this purpose, either.

Stick around, I have a friend who knows a lot about this, he may at least be able to help you find something to download and reassemble that stream, if that is what you need.

I just know 2 players that can play this link. Because I installed foobar today and I liked it, I wanted to know if you can add this feature.
Thank you for reply.

It may be added by a third party at some point, but I should point out that foobar2000 is not a video player.

True, but don't forget HLS, HDS and DASH can and are used to stream audio. The BBC's moving to HLS (at the moment they also offer unicast AAC for compatible devices) and they've been experimenting with two channel stereo and multichannel AAC streaming for a handful of live events.
Don't forget International Talk Like A Pirate Day! September the 19th!

Yes, I know, but I was pointing that out because the stream reported in the original post of this topic is a video stream.
