Import NFO file contents into MP3 file tag

Hi guys!

Here's the situation. I've got a directory with over 300 MP3 files. All of them have names using the same template - for example:
AH.FM - End of Year Countdown Part 225 (2013-12-28) -- mixed by Nic Chagall.mp3

For each MP3 file there's NFO file, that contains info about MP3 file's contents (those are 1 or 2 hour sets). So - I've got over 300 pairs of files:
AH.FM - End of Year Countdown Part 225 (2013-12-28) -- mixed by Nic Chagall.mp3 - recorded set
AH.FM - End of Year Countdown Part 225 (2013-12-28) -- mixed by Nic Chagall.nfo - tracklist for the set

Now. Is there a way, to automatically import NFO file contents into specific MP3 file tag (in my case - "tracklist")? It would be great, if it would work as another action when using masstager scripts.
