Windows Media Center plugin

Greetings:

Does anyone knows is there is a Foobar plugin for windows 7 media center or is there a project in development for it?

Thank you

What would such a plugin do?

Foobar2000 plays audio from virtually any source format and runs DSPs

Windows Media Center plays audio from what Microsoft deems to be the mainstream formats (MP3, WMA, WMA-LSL, WAV, AAC I believe, much like Windows Media Player). I think common ACM codec packs like k-lite might work with Meda Center too, but I don't use them. It also supports video including TV recording & live TV with suitable hardware, plus extenders.

Would you want fb2k to support video thanks to WMC, or to work with extenders to play audio in other rooms?

Or would you want Windows Media Center to play a subset of it audio (e.g. music but not video sources) via fb2k's audio pipeline (which is probably audibly indistinguishable except for its own set of DSP options) or just to support fb2k playlists?

Thanks for replying.

What Im looking for is a way to access foobar interface, codecs, and audio capabilities from WMC without exiting WMC, just like I can do with Arcsoft TotalMedia Theatre, when this application is installed, it adds an option in WMC menu that allows the user to play DVD and Bluray using TMT interface, audio and video settings and processing without exiting WMC.

My PC is configured to opens WMC in full screen when Windows startup, so all I need is foobar to integrate with it so I dont have to exit WMC to play my music.

Regards.
