How to check that album is completely on disk (Track & Disk 1-n)

I usually save a album trackbased to disk. Each file has been tagged with tracknumber and total amount of tracks, respectively also with the number of disks.

My question is now: How I can "mass check" that a album is complete? That all tracks are together an no one is missing?

Thanks...

i don't think there is an automated solution that wil spit out results for you.

but i suppose facets can give you a quick glance. if you set up a view with 2 columns

%album%
%totaltracks% (this will read from the 1st track of each album)

then add a "tracks" statistics column. you can then scroll through the list..

OMG that will be a pain (incl. human errors) to check all albums that way.

HINT HINT  Does anyone like to implement a "Album Integrity" Check?
