oggdropXP is re-born!!

There is a slightly revised version of oggdrop at Roberto's site included with the daily binaries. The change is that direct entry of the quality setting into the dialog now dynamically updates the slider position and the nominal bitrate equivalent. There is no 'Set Quality' button anymore.

I shall probably be uploading another version in the next day, or two. This will consist of an 'oggdrop.exe frontend' with a libvorbis.dll backend. Basically all this means is that the frontend and the backend can be updated as necessary, but independently. There are no speed implications and the overall size is about 10k larger, but that is because I have included the vorbisfile libs in the dll looking towards including decoding!!
