Suggestion: Taskbar Spectrum Analyzer

Firstly I decided general chat would be better for this than 3rd Party Plugins or Developers chat, for I am neither a developer or am I releasing anything.

I love the channel spectrum analyzer, it looks incredibly cool: Example
However as you can see have an extremely simple generic UI since I rarely actually look at it.

What I thought would be great, was if there was a way to merge the channel spectrum analyzer with the taskbar, behind the icons. (Windows 7)
Or perhaps a way to put it behind the taskbar and just use the glass effect to diffuse it.

What are your thoughts?
Could a plugin be created to achieve this?
Is it worth your (or anyone's) time?
Could it be tastefully done?
