Will support for this ever be added?  I found some other topics about this dating as far back as 2004 but no real conclusions.

EDIT:  Also affects %titlesortorder%, %albumsortorder%, and others.

EDIT 2:  Here's a sample file (discussed on irc) http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?wdtmmzgzzzt  Import into iTunes or mp3tag to see missing tags.

EDIT 3:  Resolved on irc for m4a files, open on mp3 / id3v2.3 / id3v2.4

ATTN DEATH:  New foo_input_std.dll that reads iTunes sort fields no longer reads %band% in m4a files.  0.9.6.2's dll did.
