[DD5.1] Pitch Correction & Edit

1. How can I use pitch correction for Dolby 5.1 audio tracks?
I want to do it for one of my HDTV MPEG-2 file
Cyberlink audio effect decoder has it, but I can't save this change to my file

2. Is there anyway to edit a Dolby 5.1 audio tracks without re-encoding?
