Track Fields and Album Fields

I'm trying to find a way to, for example, make my column_ui interface read my comment field, and differ between track comments and album comments; which means that if the whole album has the same comment, just display it as it is, but if not, don't display at all or display the most repeated comment. I have been looking around now, and I'm certainly no specialist in scripting (actually I'm pretty useless when it comes to scripting), and i can't seem to find a easy way to make this. The thing is that it wouldn't be enough to make interface recognize if one track is tagged this or the other way; it would have to compare and recognize if the majority of the tracks of the album have the same comment tags, but not showing it if there's only 2 or three equal comments in a 10 track albums, but comparing to the album total tracks. Maybe calculating a percentage of the of the album total tracks and applying it to an $if script in some way. It's something similar to the %track artist% entry i believe (isn't field remapping something?), or maybe not, i don't really have any album that display Various Artists, despite having only one with more than one, so i guessed that i does exactly what i want, since the aforementioned album has just the 3 final tracks with different artists and it displays the most repeated as the album artist.
I really can't see this as my personal need, let alone some revolutionary concept; there should be some simple way to do this, if so, please forgive me for all this fuss.
