umlauts in cue file display wrongly

I load a cue file and the umlauts don't display correctly. For example, ö comes out as ö. Bug or something wrong with the cue file/my system?

could be an issue with the cue file itself. does it use UTF-8?

Fixed. The problem was the cue file was UTF-8 but without the signature.
