which aac encoder could make multiply raw data blocks in one adts frame?
It means, the number_of_raw_data_blocks_in_frame in variable header of ADTS bigger than 0.

Compaact
or ....

Shouldn't this thread be in the AAC - Tech section?  This certainly doesn't sound general to me...
