Mp4 In Quicktime ?

Hi there, i found that quicktime pro offer mp4 encoding.  Someone have performed some test on that in quality vs bitrate style ?

If I recall correctly, MP4 is just AAC wrapped up in a QuickTime file format, so the various AAC codec listening tests should apply.
