[REQ] Minibrowser

I am going to write (with some help) a lyrics page in html, that reads from a text-file written by textwriter or Amip, reads current song info, and loads a textfile\html page with that name from a selected folder, which contains lyrics, coverart and stuff.

To get this to work, I only need a minibrowser (like winamp has).....would be nice if anyone could write such plugin,
