FB2000 to play SPEEX audio from websites

FOOBAR2000 is an effective way to access SPEEX (and OGG) files from websites.
With the following 3 features, the usefulness of this combo would be much increased.

1) FOOBAR2000 can start playing a file before download is complete (dial-up users must wait otherwise)

2) FOOBAR2000 can SAVE to DISK the file it's currently playing. (I'm thinking here of files playing from the browser's "Temporay Folder")

Also, apart from SPEEX, the AMR codec (.3gp files) outputted by QuickTime Pro 6.4, are going to be an option for many.
3) A Plug-in to FOOBAR2000 to play AMR .3gp audio files.

Anyone out there can do them/think it's worthwhile?
