id3 v2 tag?

foobar doesn't write id3 v2 tags.

the plugin is installed. the prefernces have no effects.

is it possible that the missing 'iconv.dll' is the matter?
in this case: where can i get this dll?


or simply what am i doing wrong?

Under preferences -> playback -> input -> standard inputs choose tag type to write: id3v2.
