Replaygain in Foobar Question.

After reading about the ability to put a Cuesheet into the comments section of a Monkey's Audio File, I decided to try it and I simply love it. Then I started to Replaygain my albums and was thinking will the replaygain info be stored in the single .APE file, or is it only stored in Foobar's database?
