[Android] WMA GENRE tag isn't correctly read

Sorry for the necroposting, but I encountered a very similar issue 😅 MOD edit: post spilt from OLD topic

The WMA files are correctly played, but their GENRE tag isn't correctly read and they all fall in the "Unknown Genre" category.

Foobar2000 Mobile 1.4.4 build #796 ARM 64-bit.
Android 10.
Tested for both internal and external SD card.
