User Skins Not Working - foobar2000 (Beta) v1.5

Hey all!

I'm brand new to foobar2000 and I've instantly fallen in love. I am currently using a Pixel 6 and wanted to try out some different skins, so I've downloaded both the Metro UI 2.0 and the NewMoon 1.0s skins and neither work.

I click "Choose Skin" then click "Open..." under "ADD MORE" which brings me to my files. I have no issue finding the .fbskin files but when I click one, it instantly kicks me back to the "Choose Skin" menu without doing, saying, or changing anything. Nothing is added under the "USER SKINS" and absolutely nothing else happens. No errors, simply nothing.

Does anybody else have this issue?

Hi
Try using a different filer or copying the skin file (.fbskin) to your internal storage.

Can this skin (.fbskin) be loaded?

Hi, I am glad to hear you are interested in my skin and trying it in your environment.

I have tested my skins (NewMoon 1.0 and 1.0s) with fb2k for mobile (Ver. 1.5) on my phone (iPhone 14 Pro).
As of now, my skins are working as well as ever in my environment.

So, I guess some causes of the problem would lie in and around the Android file system.
