New skin file format

Specification (work in progress):

You can now make skins with zip+notepad+paint, skin compressor tool no longer needed.
Default skin in new format provided so you can extract and modify it.
Microsoft Windows: We can't script here, this is bat country.

Now that the skinning allows titleformatting, is it possible to get the radio stations name from the metadb?
Using %title% gets updated when dynamic metadata is received and it would be useful to display the radio stations name when playing.

This looks very nice.  When will version 1.5 be released for iOS?

Thanks for this development, really appreciated! Now I replaced some images that were too bright, no more eye pain!
