feature request: balance slider

Hithere,

I've just installed foobar2000 on my Android, and it's going great.
Thanks for developing this and making it available for free!

There is one thing that seems missing that I really need though:
One of my ears has some hearing loss, so especially with headphones I need to be able to set the audio balance so my 'lesser ear' gets a bit more volume than the other one.

It would be great if that can be added.
