kode54 components

The Midi and HDCD components are the only essential  plugins preventing a full transition to 64 version for me I know they left for there own reasons but it would have been nice if they had left sources up for people to recompile

Maybe @Peter  would consider baking a form of midi support into foobar at least then i could switch and live without HDCD support

Yes and no. The OP didn't ask for it but anyone clicking on the thread because of the title might find it useful. Following the source code link from the repo page indicates kode54 was the original author.
