Component to set track start/stop time?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone is aware of a foobar plugin that allows me to play only a segment of a track? That is, so I can set the start and stop times like in iTunes for individual tracks? I have need for such a feature because the alternative is to edit many tracks individually. Thanks in advance!
