how do I play FLAC upsampling to a fixed 192 KHz card ?

I have all my media library FLAC-encoded ranging from 44.1 to 192 KHz.

I use a DirectShow-based player along with the madFLAC decoder filter which worked fine with my now discarded AudioPhile 2496. For a non-relevant reason now I have a new RME card hooked to external gear all running at fixed 192 KHz so when throwing anything but 192 KHz files at the player, or GraphEdit for the matter, results in a no-go situation since the card expects only 192 KHz data.

Question is: does anyone know of some DirectShow filter to be placed between the WavParser one (PCM data output) and the Default DirectSound device that upsamples the signal to n KHz (if neccessary) ? Does such a thing exists ?

ffdshow has a resampler.
Unfortunately I was unable to make it work at 192000 Hz.
