Problem loading foo_nero 'mp3PP.dll'

Upgraded to the latest version of Nero 6 and now getting this message when launching foobar 0.8.3:

ERROR (foo_nero) : Failed to open plugin 'mp3PP.dll'
INFO (CORE) : startup time: 1453 ms

I checked and that dll is in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\AudioPlugins and is version 1.0.0.9 dated September 05, 2004, 12:46:53 PM.

Do I need a different version?

I know, I should have searched.  Actually, I did but nothing useful came up.  Once I put "mp3pp.dll" in quotes, however, there it was.  Sorry.
